Paper Stocks
In printing, your choice of paper is one of the most important factors in getting a product that you feel satisfied with. Take a look through our library of available stocks and see which might fit your job best. Start by deciding whether you would need a thinner, foldable Text Weight paper or a thicker, sturdier Cover Weight.
20# Bond
Commonly used for Books, Inexpensive Flyers/Handouts, Manuals and Newsletters.
24# Uncoated Offset
Excellent for Manuals, Letterheads, Applications/Forms.
28# Uncoated Offset
Heavier than 24# Offset. Works well for Letterheads, Brochures, Applications/Forms, Folded Pieces.
80# Gloss Text
Standard glossy paper stock. The shiny finish provides an excellent opaque base for rich process color printing. This is our most popular type of stock for Brochure Printing, Catalog Inserts, Flyers and Posters.
100# Gloss Text
Similar to the 80# gloss text, but 25% thicker and heavier for a more substantial feeling piece. Standard Uses: Brochures, Information Sheets, Self-mailers, Posters and Door Hangers.
80# Silk/Matte Text
Perfect for detailed, crisp printing without sacrificing the ability to easily write on the paper. An excellent choice for Letterheads, Brochures, and Applications/Forms.
100# Silk/Matte Text
Thicker and heavier than our 80# Silk/Matte text for a more substantial feeling piece. Provides a non-glossy, opaque base for detailed, crisp printing. Works well for Brochures, Newsletters and Folded Pieces.
67# Vellum Bristol
Lightweight smooth card stock. Nice for a non-gloss finish on Book Covers and Lightweight Flyers.
80# Uncoated Cover
A bright, white smooth cover stock that is an excellent option for Postcards, Rack Cards, and Bookmarks
100# Uncoated Cover
Thicker than 80#. A bright, white smooth cover stock that is an excellent option for Business Cards, Postcards, Rack Cards and Bookmarks
80# Gloss Cover
Postcard or Baseball Card stiffness. This stock is coated with a glossy finish, making photographs and other images look beautiful. Standard uses: durable, heavy-weight Brochures, Catalog Covers, and Product Spec Sheets
100# Gloss Cover
Thicker than 80# Gloss Cover, this glossy finish stock is perfect for full-color printing, especially photographs. Standard uses: durable, heavy-weight Brochures, Books Covers, Postcards and Rack Cards
80# Silk/Matte Cover
Our silk/matte cover is a thick cover stock with a smooth, non-shiny coating. It is well suited for detailed, crisp printing without sacrificing the ability to easily write on the paper. Often selected with the 80# silk/matte text option for inside your Catalog or Booklet Piece.
100# Silk/Matte Cover
Thicker than 80#. Well suited for detailed, crisp printing without sacrificing the ability to easily write on the paper. An excellent choice for Business Cards, Postcards, Note Cards and Greeting Cards.
Rush Service
For an additional charge, we will produce an order quicker than our normal production time. Charges and availability will depend on the current work load, items involved and complexity of the order.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. We will not be undersold! If you find a better price, let us know and we will usually meet or beat any other supplier on the same job with better quality and customer service!
Product Use
We reserve the right to use all products in advertising, displays and as samples unless otherwise clearly specified in writing at the time an order is placed.
Over/Under Runs
A shipment of 10% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order and will be billed accordingly. If you require an exact count, please advise us and we can purchase additional raw materials to guarantee your count. Exact counts may require additional charges.
Returned Check Fee
There will be a $25.00 fee for any check returned from our bank.
Tax Exemption
If you are a first-time shopper with Budget Printing Center and qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, please follow these instructions in order to apply for sales tax exemption with Budget Printing Center or get in touch with us. You may apply for sales tax exemption with Budget Printing Center by sending a copy of your valid Sales Tax Exemption or Annual Resale Certificate (and any applicable documents) to us via fax at (850) 576-3310, via e-mail to mail@BudgetPrintingOnline.com, or mail them to our address, 1366 Blountstown Street, Tallahassee, FL 32304.
Until we receive and approve your forms all your BudgetPrintingOnline.com orders will be taxed. To obtain a refund, please fax or e-mail a brief refund request to us using the get in touch with us. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THIS REQUEST. SALES TAX REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO TRANSACTIONS OLDER THAN THIRTY DAYS.
